The Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORSŪ (CAAR) is a trade association for real estate professionals in the Charlottesville area (including the City of Charlottesville and the Counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson.)
The term REALTORŪ is a registered collective membership mark which may be used only by real estate professionals who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSŪ and subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics.
Mission Statement:
Enhance the membership's ability to conduct business professionally, ethically and profitably.
CAAR Vision Statement:
REALTORSŪ will participate in 95% of transactions in the CAAR market area each year.
